Pain in right the right base of my penis after masterbation

About 5 days ago I was laying on my back and I was masterbating and I just felt a sharp pain in the right side of my penis. I didn't notice the pain until after I ejaculated. After that I looked at my penis and It looked a little deformed, and it looked like a big vein was popping out that I didn't notice before. My semen didn't have any blood in it and I've been able to urinate okay. I just have the pain persisting and I went to the ER 3 days ago but they told me to call a urologist Monday and prescribed ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Im really worried and I've been getting painful errections at night. I'm pretty sure I tore the right corpus cavernosum. The urologist said that there are no available appointments until a month away and I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I'm still waiting to go see the urologist. Ever since this happened though, I haven't tried to stimulate myself sexually. I've been getting errections at night when I'm asleep and sometimes I wake up  but it honestly doesn't feel the same anymore. I feels like my errections aren't as strong as they used to be. I've been really worried thinking about this non stop and it's driving me insane not knowing what's going on. It might be a vein injury because after the incident there have been 2 big veins that are visible without an errection and I didn't notice them before. One vein looks rather bigger and starts going towards the right of my penis but the other one is smaller and goes towards the left side. The veins did not look like this before and there is still pain on the right side of my penis. There is only 1 hospital where I am located and there are 3 urologists associated with it. All of them are booked until next month and there are no other urologists in my area that can examine or diagnose this and I'm on a waiting list if some body else cancels their appointment. By then though I hope no scarring or complications occur. Until then I'm abstaining from sexual activity. Someone please let me know what this could be.

Update:  So it's been about 8 days since this injury occurred. Still trying to find a diagnosis. I'm pretty sure I did tear something on the right side of the base of my penis. The pain is still here and hasn't subsided. Feels like the sensation in my penis is gone. I haven't had any spontaneous errections although I have slight  morning errection, but it is about 60-70 % weaker than it was before the injury and it looks like it is starting to curve to the right. Which is the onset of scar tissue. The 2 veins are still bulging out from the top of my penis. Ive abstained from sexual activity, as I am afraid I'll cause more damage. I made an appointment with a different urologist, but they need a doctor refferell, so that my insurance is accepted. That's in about ten days though. I'm concerned that this will only get worse over time. Can this heal by itself or will it get worse?
god bless you
