Is it not proper to hold back for long time after arousal? Will it cause any problems later? I have also observed this when I dont ejaculate for some days, say a week and get aroused.
I just guessing here, but it sounds like your groin muscles and tendons are just a little fatigued by prolonged erections. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's persistent without the erection.
Try not to stay hard for so long. If you're really into foreplay or don't want to have intercourse, then go ahead and ejaculate and let it get hard again while you pleasure her orally or manually.
