Painful and enlarged dorsal vein

For around the last week I have had an enlarged, hard dorsal vein in my penis which is painful when touched and aroused. It is extremely hard near the head of the penis. I also feel a dull ache and it feels like I can feel my pulse. During intercourse it is extremely painful because it feels like it is pulling the skin tight making it painful. It is not causing me any difficulty to get an erection and I am passing urine fine. Any ideas or suggestions??

See a urologist to find out what's going on.

You might try L-arginine as it is good for vascular issues.  If your diet is unhealthy, you should decrease red meat and add fish oil and more vegetables.  If you smoke, that's a big problem because it is so bad for the vascular system.
