Painful ejaculation

My boyfriend and I have never had sex. We rarely talk about why beacuse he's embarrassed about why. The few times that we have talked about it he told me that  when he ejaculates it's very painful for him. Why would this cause him pain. He also doenst have health insurance, is there any way he can get help without health insurance.

There's a million different reasons why he could be experiencing painful ejaculation. He needs to get checked out by a doctor because there are a number of infections and/or conditions that could be effecting this.

If he doesn't have insurance there are a few options available. Call your local hospital and ask for a referral to a walk-in clinic or a local STD clinic. If you live in an area where there is a medical school or a large university with a medical program try calling there and likewise asking for a referral. If you are in college try checking with the student health services department.

Believe it or not most Planned Parenthood clinics also offer services to men. Try checking with them. At the very least they can offer you a referral as well.

Many of these options will be either free of charge or low cost. Without health insurance he can try applying for assistance with the government. Don't know exactly how Medicaid works but it might be an option to explore.

He def. needs to get it checked out though. Problems with the penis don't tend to go away. If its an infection it will probably get worse. The possibility also exists that it may be psychological but it'd be best to rule out anything physical first.
