Painful urination for over a week.

Hello,

im a 41 year old healthy male who developed painful urination nine days ago. It developed a day after a same-day orthopedic surgery. I was not catheterized. It was also five days after having unprotected sex. I followed up with my primary doctor two days after developing the problem. He did a urinalysis and prescribed me 1g of Azithromyacin and a three day course of Cipro. at this Point I started drinking less water because of the fear of the pain when going to the bathroom. Pain with urination was increasing and I developed sensitivity and noticed redness around the meatus to the distal end of my penis. on that weekend I followed up with the clinic which did  another urinalysis and gave me an injection of Ceftriaxone. Subsequently, both the urinalysis were negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, Or any other type of infection.
After the three antibiotics I took I am still experiencing pain with urination. But, I noticed that the pain reduces after drinking lots of fluid. Urinating is significantly painful in the morning but it reduces as i keep the fluids going. I've been doing that for the last several days, but there is no significant progress. I followed up with a urologist who did a third urinalysis which came back negative and also did a prostate exam which he reported was normal.
So my current symptoms are as follows:  pain at the tip of the penis with urination worse in the morning. improves with drinking lots of fluids (water and cranberry juice). The irritation along with the redness at the tip of the penis have reduced so I don't have a burning pain that lasts after going to the bathroom anymore. I've been "managing" my symptoms better with the fluids, but I don't know what to do next if there is no further improvements. so I'm asking for possible diagnoses. any help would be appreciated.
PS:  I have not experienced any urgency. I feel I can empty my bladder fully. my stream seems slightly reduced when it's painful, But at full strength when it's less painful
