Penial itching post injury

During a temporary break up with my fiancee 2 months ago, I did have unprotected sex with another woman.
2 weeks ago, while wrestling with my fiancee, the tip of my penis rubbed up and back down the inside of my zipper. I have been having pain and itching around the top of my penis. There was minor burning after urination and upon self examination I found a scratch on the bottom of the shaft where the head and shaft meet as well as on the top of the urethra. The pain has slowly decreased as time has gone by. Upon suggestion of a family friend, I have ben using a triple antibiotic on the tip of my penis to help healing. I have noticed a discharge, much like pre-***, sitting within the urethra.

There is still a minor itching that feels like it is on the very tip of the urethra. I have an appointment for a physical on the 20th and will be getting tested for STD but just wanted to know if this is a normal reaction to injury to the tip of the penis.
