Penile pain causes?

I have been frequently choking the chicken for a while now and recently i got pains around the head of my penis more specifically between the opening and the end of the head(glans) now i tried it again and was getting pains there when my penis throbbed during stimulation. I want to know what could be wrong, could it have been a rough session that was the tipping point? i dont believe it was a fracture because i didn't hear a pop. if it helps the skin (i am uncircumcised) around the head inflamed for a day or two but is ok now. and while im at it how can i keep my penis in optimum health, any dietary changes, etc. this is a lot to tackle and im a young man who is a bit concerned for my future sexual endeavors so any help is welcome
