Penis Disorder: Skin irritation, or something unknown.

"Recurring problem with skin infection around the crown of my penis. The skin aroud the neck of my penis is thining and small purple thin marks appear. They are not itchy and very dry. When I have sexual intercourse, the marks become sore and red and after a couple of days it dries up. The marks are still there and become sore and red again after sex. Its very uncomfortable and sometimes painful after sex. I have been suffering from this problem for almost 6 years. I have seen a darmatologist about 3 years ago and treated me with skin infection caused by detergent (soap) not washed properly. Please help."

I have basically the same problem. For me though, the pain is actually very strong. I am what you can call "big" and so when I have a full erection it feels as if it is ripping my foreskin appart. My questions are; How do you make it better, or does it get better? might circumsition be needed? If anything makes it better, would you please tell me the name of it? and just what exactly is the name of this "disorder"?

P.S. It is not an STD(at least not passed through sex from any girl I have been with, they are all clean. And besides them, it has only been righty...)

Thanks.

P.P.S. I've only had this for a couple of months, it happened after "abusing" myself by having sex too many times with a girl and masturbation from her on top of it all. It got very sore and swollen after we did that. Next thing I know, I have cracks and pain on the foreskin and they just won't heal. and... I am 21 Male.
