Penis Spot-HELP

Hi, i have a brown patch on my penis. I have had one on the middle of my shaft, sort of like a brown ring that goes around the whole shaft and then a 1 inch spot on the right lower side of the shaft.
There is no discomfort or anything. The spot is not raised and does not inflame. I've actually had the spot for about 3 years. I have been looking around and Cancer is extremely rare since i am circumsized and have great hygeine, and also have not had sex so it is not an STD... but vitiligo, or natural hyperpigmentation of the skin, seem to me like thats what it could be? Anyone know any creams that i could use, or does anyone have any of the same symptoms as me and has information on it? please HELP
