Penis corona help

Hi, I'm 15 years old and have had problems with tight forskin for some time. I am able to pull back the forskin when not erect but am unable to other wise. Now the main problem is I think I have an infection on the corona of the penis. I have white spots around the corona and when I first pulled back the forskin after a very long time I was able to wash off many of the white spots. Now I pull back the forskin everytime I have a shower, the 'infection' doesn't seem to be getting any worse but nor does it seem to be getting any better with daily washing. Is their anyway I can get rid of the Infection without visiting a doctor? Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
