Penis gland only peeling, no itch, no redness, no pain, no other symptoms. Help

I have a question in regards to my penis...2 weeks ago my penis gland (gland only) started peeling ...comes and goes...and when it goes it is wrinkly......no pain..no itch..no redness..utinating is totally fine..no other symptoms in all my body. And to be fully open about the context.....3 things happened for the first time : the day i first noticed the peeling was my first time using a new libticant....was the first day in winter, weather was significantly cold for the first time in 2017.....and also, 5 days before i noticed the peeling i did an unprotected oral sex for half a minute(oral sex ON ME). Can you please tell me if any of the 3 might be the reason...or if there is something else as well? P.s.: at that period i was at my highest depression and stress level in all of my 28 years because im going through divorce. Also i masterbated a lot by that time. I also stopped masterbating 3 days ago.....and a doctor gave me 2 days ago (he thought just in case) a 1 huge dose of antibiotics (suprax and something else) in suspection of 2 stds... just in case. Help please? And should i use any natural moisturizers gor the time being? Thanks
