I don't know if this topic belongs here, but hey
I need some advice.
basically, under my penis head, about a centimeter down from it, it feels like a bump, like a ring or something like that, and when I touch it, even touching it with my foreskin there, it feels really sensitive and soar.
could you guys give me any advice?
