Penis size (age 15)

I am 15 and my penis is 4.5 with a 4 inch girth. i saw my little brothers penis the other day, he is 14 ad it looked bigger then mine when his was flacid and mine is hard. am i normal size or small. should i be worried about letting my girlfriend in my pants??? Help please

Average male penis when hard is 5-7 inches, because someone has a bigger flacid penis doesn't mean they will have any bigger of a penis. If you and your girlfriend are under 16 in most states it's illegal to consent to sex and that includes oral. 4.5 inch penis is just under normal range.

When you see other's penis, you look from different angle, which gives an illusion of bigger penis. when you look your penis, you look fron the top, which obviously will look small. This type of misunderstanding is almost with everybody.Your size is in normal range.Still ther is time for you to grow. So do not worry about you size.
