(1) Leave it alone, the spots may be just hair follicles and pimples
(2) you should definitely get some help on the depression, if you're in school.. SEE A COUNCILOR .. if your not in school... SEE a Mental Health professional
Life's too short to be depressed and there are those that can help.
Don't get me the wrong way, but if you can't stop picking at something, then there's not much anybody else can do about it for you. And that's no reason to "end it all." Please cheer up, you'll probably see in a month or so that this was all very trivial and not to be worried about. And imagine if you had ended it all!!!
