Penis swelling with purple and black spots

Hello, I'm 18 and a couple of months back a white spot appeared inside the skin of my penis (about half way between the bottom and head). It was really small, and I could move it around, so it didn't offer any kind of disconfort or limitations to penis activity.

Now about a week back, I started having swelling around the white spot, it hurted really bad and I thought it might have been caused by some pressure in the spot. Everyday the swelling is worst and now it started turning black and purple like it's damaged, but the colours are superficial like it has been painted... it's weird. All I know is that is spreading around the swelling that now looks like a small ball attached to the penis. It can't be cancer, can it? I mean I'm 18... I somehow think is still related with the small white spot but I'm scared to go to a doctor, I'm giving it one more week before showing it to anyone. Please help me!

forgive me for my poor english.

My son has just been  circumsized today, he is recovering as we speak. My son also had the exact same problem, it is residue build up that needs to be medically looked at. I know its years later but you need to get him checked before infection... when boys are babies they form a mukus yellow residue that most times comes out, in this case it was just biulding up to form like cysts.

Go to another doc.

I have a young 7 year old that is having the same problem.  He complained of pain and discomfort with his penis.  He has swelling a little under his head on the bottom of the top of the penis.  He has a little ball of fluid and redness and swelling.  Next day he had two looked like balls or marble like swelling under the head of his penis.  I took him to a hospital and they gave him antibiotics and told him to sit in a warm bath for 15 mins 4 times a day.  Tomorrow I am taking him to another doctor to have him looked at.   The other symptom is he iches and cries that it iches all the time.  Please, tell me what you found out about your swellings and what they did about it?

Thanks
Steve
