Perineum, Pelvic, And Abdominal Pain

Hello,

I am a 29 year old male and I've been experiencing pain in my perineum, pelvic and abdominal area and sometimes around my tail bone as well. I only feel this pain after running or playing sports like soccer. This pain is very strong for the following day after exercising and then it goes away. I've been having this pain for about 4 months now.

I also have the urge to urinate frequently and have a weak urine stream as well as a delayed start in the urine.

I went to see a urologist who performed numerous exams such as ultrasound, cystoscopy, ct scan, blood and urine tests and everything came out normal (except for some blood in the urine). He suggested I rest and gave me antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicine.

After all the exams came out fine the doctor said it could be a muscular problem... I'm wondering if this could be from excessive masturbation? (I have masturbated a lot since I was 11 years old)

I have taken a break from exercising for a month and last night I went to do some light jogging and woke up in pain again. I don't know what else to do! Can anyone here help me?
