Phimosis?

Hi.
I am 18 years old and I have noticed that when I get an erection, only 50% percent or less of the glans appears. The foreskin isn't "automatically" pulled behind to uncover the glans. Is that a case of phimosis? What should I do?

Hi Koso, with the wait for passing urine, would get to a doctor ASAP as you may some kind of protate problem, and this could also be pointing to your erection problems as well.

Moreover, I have a hesitancy of about 10-15 seconds everytime I want to urinate...
