Phimosis

Alright, i'm 18, haven't had sex, and am uncircumsized, i think i may have phimosis, but i can't really tell, there is a part of the foreskin that just recently tightened up painfully and now it hurts to retract it, but the thing is i can still retract it all the way back, so i don't know.

I'm not to familiar with foreskin, as I don't have any of my own, but I have heard of phimosis before.  You can use The BeaugĂ© Method, which is a skin stretching teqnique.  I'm sure you can google it and find out how to do it without seeing your doctor.
