Pink bumps on my lower stomach

I have pink bumps/spots on my lower stomach. They look like tiny white pimple. Does not itcy or burn. I can't feel them, I go all day and forget that they are there. I have been having this for a month now. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I have no idea what this is. Can someone help.

does not have to be shaved ! could be new ones growing and more common is where your pants fasten they rub the hairs out . ingrowing hair is very common in creases of skin and where clothes meet ,and occur anywhere on the body . good luck x x
