Porn related ED?

I've being using porn as a masturbation tool for many years now. I rarely go more than a day without doing it at least once, sometimes 3 times in one day. When I'm with a partner, I have a hard time maintaining and erection without constant direct stimulation. I rarely stay erect with the desensitization from condoms and it often ruins the mood for sex. I've managed to stop looking at porn and only used it once in the past month but still have a difficult time with erections. I told my girlfriend that I have ED, but have not told her it may be from a porn addiction. I was looking around on yourbrainonporn.com and read about rebooting. It says to completely eliminate artificial stimuli as well as masturbation and orgasm. I believe my girlfriend would be supportive of me completely eliminating orgasm, but I don't want to eliminate hers and the articles on that site do not mention anything about it. If anyone else has had this problem and had a partner involved, how long did it take to overcome? Did you cut out orgasms completely? What did you do with your partner?
