Possible herpes?

Hi, about 2 months ago I received PROTECTED oral sex from an escort. Her lips did not touch my skin but I'm worried about her saliva. I had a cut near my testicles "was a pimple before" and a pimple on my penis that was not popped. I know for sure they weren't herpes because I was recently tested as well... But I am afraid that I might have herpes now. I haven't had any lesions on my penis but I did see a red bump in my pubic area. Again her lips did not touch that area.. Two days after I experienced a burning sensation on the skin of my thighs and around my penis. Didn't burn while urinating but I did feel a little tingle at the tip of my penis then pain inside my penis. Still didn't burn while urinating. I feel a tingling sensation between my testicles and anal as well from time to time. Also I felt pain deep in between my testicles and anus. I did feel a slight burning sensation after ejaculating as well. Are these signs of herpes? Could her saliva touching that cut cause herpes?

I got tested two days ago which marked 2 months since the possible exposure. Well 3 days before the actual two months. The results were .10 for hsv1 and .07 for hsv2. They were both igg tests. I believe the tests were both negative because It showed anything < .9  is negative.
