Premature Ejaculation

I have this problem with premature ejaculation.I really come too fast within1 or 2 minutes.I dont have erection problems but PE iskilling me.Ive tryed Kegel ex but it doesnt work.Sometimes i use  1/4 of a viagra pill.I come fast again the first time but my pennis stays hard and the second one last really long 30 min or longer if i want it to last longer.
I am taking nebivolol 5 mg for my high blood preasure and using viagra didnt had any side effect(serious) or interaction with nebivolol but im afraid.I get sometimes uppset stomach thats all.But i dont want to use viagra.Is there anything for PE?And not harmfull?Sometimes i thing that nebivolol has worsen my PE but i wasnt very good at it even before nebivolol.And what about DuraMale?Has anyone tried it before?Its a herbal drug for pe.I was taking also some pills to lower my triglicerydes becouse they are high now im on a diet without pills

I can't recommend a cream because I never had the problem! I've heard about it years ago.
