Pressure/ache in scrotum/abdomin

Hey all, I'm a 19 male and about four days ago I started feeling a very strong and uncomfortable pressure ache in my scrotum. I waited for about half an hour and it persisted so I tried masterbating (masturbating) to see if there was a build up or something ( I can't remember the last time I did so). Most of the pressure went away but some persisted. I started feeling more and more pressure over the next days and also pressure in my lower abdomin (abdomen), chest, and a slight cough since then. I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this and any advice would be helpful, thanks.
I'm healthy as far as I know, except that I've been under more stress than usual lately with school.
