Pressure in head when sitting & standing & in face when laying down?

I'm at my wit's end here. I've been to the ER three times & this hasn't been taken seriously or diagnosed. Every time I stand I feel pressure  in my head. When I sit down I feel the pressure is stronger and emits from my throat & makes nauseous. I went to the ER after yawning a lot when sitting down & then when standing up my right arm locked up. They checked for an aneurysm or stroke but didn't find anything. Sometimes my hands & feet will become cold when laying down on a certain angle & over times my face & head will feel really really warm but my temperature is normal. This feels like poor circulation but idk how to communicate this to med professionals so they can take me seriously. Please help.
