Problems with epydimis in testicle region

on the right side of my scrotum, the tubes behind my testicle, the epydimis i believe its alled, are a lot thicker that the tubes on the left. On the right they are about 1/2 a m in diameter, but on the left i can barely feel them. I am 15 years old and like most 15year old i mastrubate, and when i mastrubate, the tubes on the right go hard, and the left ones barely do anything except get a tiny bit thicker. Is this anything to worry about. Its not testicular cancer is it?

i meant 1/2 cm, not 1/2 m.
