My husband is 32 years and is having no sperms as per the test. He did a ultrasound of scrotum. The report says "Both testis appear normal in size and echogenicity. A small tunica albuginea cyst is seen along the inferior margin of right testis. Tiny simple cysts are seen in heads of both epididymes. Few scrotoliths and Minimal fluid are seen in right scrotal sac.  Would like a know that as we are married just 1 1/2 yrs and do not have any child is there a possibility of having a child and if yes kindly guide us for the proper treatment?

I would say it is possible for him to produce children. I would start with finding a good urologist. He can answer all your questions.
