Prostate Cyst can pain?

I have been getting symptoms of Chronic Prostatitis including frequency, pelvic pain, some pain when urinating. My DR has ruled out Prostatitis because my PSA is only 0.39 and does not feel inflamed.
I had an MRI on the Prostate and it revealed a 18mm x 12mm x 9mm cyst. I also did a flow test and my DR said 75% of men pee better then me for my age of 41.

What are the chances that the cyst is the cause of all my symptoms?

Thanks
