Prostatitis/Constipation/Penis spasm

I'm 27 years old male. I've been suffering from Prostatis from last 2 and half years. Since then i've also developed serious constipation problem. I go everyday at same time but pass very little each time. Along with all this, I also have a symptom of penis spasm. The foreskin of the penis goes back and winds up over the round tip of the penis. This happens when i'm cold or too nervous. It goes away after 15-20 mins...I believe all these syptoms (symptoms) are co-related. Any kind of advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
