Prostrate alternative treatments- sitosteral

Article at wellnesspartners.com regarding Beta Prostrate product saying directly or by inuendo that the Sitosterol takes care of pretty well all prostrate problems including cancer cells. How much credibility should be given to this claim if any?

also article dealing with High intensity focused ultrasound or HIFU taking prostrate cancer away quickly - same question here -www.can-amhifu.ca

Has anyone out there experienced these or have some solid feedback. Thanks
