Puffy dome nipples + Lump

Firstly I'm a 16 y/o Male
Well, since I started puberty I noticed my nipples got bigger, and I mean large and dome like. Not like a normal nipple. I used to get embarrased in the changing rooms because my nipples were so big! They only looked normal when it was cold, cos they shrivled up.. Will they ever be normal?
So ontop of that, I have this weird lump ontop of my left nipple. About the half the size of a grain of rice. It is acutaly ontop of the nipple, not inside like I have read about. I have been really tempted to yank it off, but fear that would not help things.
