Hello and welcome,
It is possible to feel normal pulsations of the femoral and popliteal artery in the groin. The feeling of pulsations can also be due to any aneurysm in the groin like femoral aneurysm, abdominal artery aneurysm. Aortic coarcatation can also give rise to these symptoms.Swolllen glands, hernias can be few other possibilities. A pulsating tumor can also cause feeling of irregular pulse in the groin. What are the other associated symptoms? The complete details about the illness and symptoms will help in arriving at a diagnosis. Do write to us again.
Take care and regards!
