Purple Dots on Head of Penis

Alright,
I'm usually pretty good with anything regarding STD's and HIV, I know what to look for and most of the symptoms and diagnosis' people usually get. But I can never seem to handle the mental aspect of it.
So...two nights ago I received oral sex from a friend who is gay like me, I'm pretty sure he is very responsible with testing but you never know. So that happened, I woke up about 7 hours later with about 5 little purple dots around the head and opening of my penis. I'm assuming they are just popped blood vessels that became irritated because of how quickly they appeared. I do notice a little irritation but I don't know if I am imagining it, like I usually do. I just want to know if I should be worried and when I should get tested?

No std shows up 7 hours later. It would take at least 2 - 3 days. Doubtful it's an std, but if it is, you didn't acquire it from the exposure you described.
