Pus on the side of the pennis

Hi
I am male , 18 years old (am still virgin  so i didnt have any sexual activity) , i have found pus on the side of my pennis right below the head of the penis, its been 3 days till now. There is a paining sensation when am shooting a football with my right leg for example or when i am sleeping on my right side (because the pain is in the right side).
I take a bath everyday and usually change my underwear atleast once a day and some times twice (if am coming from a football game and sweating alot). Now when i even wash it with drops of water it pains alot like a pins get into my penis.
So what is this ?and should i be really worried or calm down???
