Putting on Condom Uncircumcised

Hi I am a 21 year old male living here in the US.  Recently I started dating a new girl, and we began having sex a few nights ago.  However, I have been struggling with getting the condom on and remaining erect.  Previously I had a girlfriend of 3+ years, and at first we used condoms, and there was the same type of issue.  However, she was on the pill and we soon switched over to unprotected sex and did that for pretty much all the relationship.  It was great, and I never had any issues getting it up or anything.

With this new girl, I obviously do think it is best to proceed with condoms.  However, the first few times I had a really hard unwrapping the condom all the way down my penis.  I did get it a few times, and we had sex but still am struggling with it.  I think this issue has gotten to my head because now I get nervous/think too much about putting condom on when I go to do it, and get soft during/right before putting the condom on, which obviously is not ideal.

I had thought this was just me not being experienced enough, but I have practiced with different condoms several times over the past few days myself, and still have a very hard time rolling the condom all the way down.  I think it may have something to do with me being uncircumcised (born abroad).  When I am erect, the foreskin is automatically back, and so I can roll the condom down the head of the penis fine but when I get to the area on the shaft where the foreskin has gone, the condom will not roll down anymore.  I have to like pull it up and pull it down, which can be uncomfortable and takes time.  Finally, when I did get the condom on and proceeded to have sex without going soft, it was fine but I had very limited sensitivity and took forever to finish.

Are these problems I am having due to being uncircumcised?  What is the best way to put on/use a condom when you are uncircumcised?  and stay hard during the process?  I do not think I am big enough length-wise for a magnum, but could do with something that will roll on without stopping.  Is there a way to feel better during sex with a condom even though it is uncomfortable with the extra foreskin?  Finally, any type of condom you would recommend for uncircumcised men?

Well, normally there shouldn't be a problem with being uncut and putting a condom on. The rule is you have to retract your foreskin before putting on the condom, and in most uncut men the foreskin will remain retracted and the condom will not roll up, unless you get totally soft. If you're semi soft, it wouldn't be difficult to just roll it down again and continue the intercourse, in which, of course you'll get hard again. But if you get totally soft up to the point of not being able to carry the intercourse again, that can be due to many factors: fatigue, stress, not in good health, psychological problems, etc. If your condition is not serious, a foreplay can get you up again, in which it is best to put on a new condom.
