Rash and discharge

I woke up with a rash, and its something that reoccurs every few months or so. Strangely, I had some puss in the glands, and after I urinated it burned a little (this also happens every few months). There was some penis discharge, but it was transparent (might have been pre-***).

I want to mention things that might be related:
1. I get a los of strep infections and sometimes the infection stays hidden after it goes away (I suffer something called PANDAS)
2. I'm prone to calcium stones.
3. I've never ejaculated awake or in my sleep (currently checking with an urologist), and i've never had sex
4. A CT scan said I had a phleboliths and an ultrasound said i had a small cyst and a varicocele.
