Rash on my Penis head

Umm i been having sex with a girl who said she was clean of STD's or STI's but today i awoke to find a very itchy red rash type thing on my penis head(middle,top) I ask my friend about it and she said it was probably a heat rash or because of my flu i have but i dont know what a actual rash looks like on a penis
the rash is on my the top part of my penis head and it has alot of lumps and the middle is red very red and its cracked kinda i looked at pictures of herpes and other infections but it dont like any of those so can someone help me out iam very healthy and i dont smoke much or drink at all and iam very active

well it aint painful just itchy and i dont hurt to urinate its just der

Well my friend. There are things we need to know to help you find an answer. Things such as; Pain, rashes anywhere else, painful urination... pretty much everything thats abnormal for you down there. But the people over at webmd.com have a nice lil troubleshooting page and heres the direct link, I hope this assist you in possibly finding a cause, although the best and only for sure way to find out whats going on is to visit your doctor.
