Rash on penis base

Hi,
I've developed a rash in the base in my penis, it looks like a group of small lumps with a brownish/scab-like point. There is redness around too and my lymphatic ganglia seem a bit inflamed.
I have an appointment with my urologist next Saturday (actually I'm a bit unsure on whether I go with him or with a dermatologist) but anyway, any ideas of what this may be?
I'm married and I haven't had any extramarital relations and strongly doubt my wife has.
Appreciate any feedback!

I would go see general practitioner.  They can check it out and even run some test.
