Raw spot on my penis

I have a spot on my penis that is kinda like a raw spot It is red and is really doesnt hurt unless i touch it! It kinda feel like a scrape spot. It is between the fore skin and the head of my penis If you have any suggestions please let me know!

It might be a yeast infection. It symptoms persist or increase in intensity, buy an anti jock itch cream. If after two weeks the problem is the same or worse, go to your doctor. In the meantime, keep area nice and dry (shower and dry after sweating or working out). Hope this helps.
