Red Scrotum and red opening of penis

Hi there

About 5 months ago I slept with a girl and the day after my groin started to feel kind of "tingly". This lasted for a few days and then my testicles started to feel like they had a lot of pressure on them, sometimes with one feeling heavier than the other. After a urine test it was discovered I had Non-Specific Urethritis and had a  course of doxycycline. This didnt seem to rid the problem and I was given a course of metrondiazole and also azithromax as a one shot dose. Still no change however i noticed my scrotum was often red. After a course of erthromycin still no change however the feeling of pressure in my testilcles started to decrease over time. I have had the swab test and blood tests and both have come back clear and my dr says its not an std but the timing of its onset is uncanny. I  get a sore/ red scrotum most of the time also have a red / slighltly puffy entrance to the penis which my dr says is fine but I know it never used to be like that.

The doctor thought it may be a skin condition and I have been washing with aqueous cream for a few weeks as well as using hydrocortizone cream for a week but it seems to make no difference and im convinced hes barking up the wrong tree

Ive just met a girl who i realy like and because the doctor told me i had no std we have slept together. The problem is that after just one night with her my balls feel slightly tender and my scrotum feels sorer than before with the entracnce to the penis still red and slightly puffy. i really need some construcive advice as after 5 months of this my mental health is suffering

Hey I have the exact same thing going on for about 3 months following a diagnosis of cylamdia , I have been to numerous doctors to no avail.  The urethra thing is the most upsetting; I will see the uroligist again for second consult. He already put camera up there and says all looks fine but it is not fine.  I am currently being treated for eczema on scrotum  by dermtologist, but they are treating symptoms and not the underlying cause .  I almost seems like and alergy (allergy) or virus or something as my face gets red when it is flaring up . Your condition seems very similar to mine. I  wonder if yours just resolved and cleared or what happened?
