Red Spots/Blotches on glans please help!!

Hi There,

Please help because I am really really concerned and cant sleep because of this problem!

I noticed bright red spots (two - one on top of the glans and one on the corona) probably about a year ago. They didnt bother me at all because I thought it was just friction due to dry masturbation (1-3 times a day few times a week). So I kept masturbating while they were there, since it didn't cause any pain or itching and they didnt spread.

Recently I started seeing a girl and I wanted to get rid of these spots, so I stopped masturbating for a few days and they were still there. That really scared me because I thought they would go away, and I eventually went to my doctor who said it looked like a fungal infection and prescribed a cream (he said it didnt look like herpes, especially because I havnt had sex for over 2 years...and these spots appeared way after that) Just in case, i got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia and both came back negative.

I used the cream, didnt help too much, but i noticed an improvement....I also stopped washing with soap and masturbating. I have now stopped using the cream, and started using salt water to wash and coconut oil for treatment as described on other sites. I've been doing this for a few days and while there has been improvement, the spots are still there and I really want them to go away. They are not spreading, getting slightly smaller and are not itchy, but they are still there and its really bothering me.

Can someone please tell me what it is? And how to fade the spots?

I went to another doctor yesterday and he again told me its not herpes and prescribed a different antifungal creme which I havnt used yet. I have a dermatologist appointment in 2 weeks as that was suggested by my first doctor.
