I have a red Bump on my penis near the bottom of the shaft, its not really painful. and its recent, i do masturbate but not extremely often, I am 19, im not a virgin, but i know its not an std bcuz it has been a long time, atleast a 9 months since the last time i had sex. like i said its not painful but it is noticeble and it could be a big turnoff and im also worried if its a health risk
