Red bump/spot on foreskin

Hey, I'm 15 years old and I've noticed a red bump on my foreskin which wasn't there yesterday, admittedly I did masturbate a few times could this have caused it? I heard that chronic masturbation can cause this to happen on the skin. As I am a hypochondriac I google'd it and god I shouldn't have. I've never had sex before so it can't be an STD. Please help!

Hey again, it's been over a week and hasn't really improved and I think this spot is a boil and I'm too embarrassed to go to my parents.
