Red bumps on pubic hair area

After a sexual encounter, with a partner that I have been with before but not monogamous to (But always used a condom), I noticed that I had some red bumps very small and very light. (Almost pink) It is in the pubic hair area, above the penis but under the waist. They do not itch or hurt, but do stick out a little, and have been worrying me. I have no idea if it is crabs, or some kind of sexual warts, or whatever. it can be. To me it seems to look like a razor burn, but I do not shave, with a blade or that short to receive that. I am very worried and would greatly appreciate any help!

Do the bumps have little indentations in some or most of them? If so I think it could be Molluscum. If so its harmless but should be treated. They will however go away on their own but could take years if not treated.
