Red dots on knob of penis

i have little red dots on my knob, itchy and thrush like symptoms, skin is peeling. very uncomfortable, can you suggest anything?

Sounds like it could be a yeast rash. To treat the rash go to your pharmacy and get an anti-fungal cream. If you have burning when you urinate and/or discharge you need to see a Dr. for an antibiotic.
