Red rash and sensitivity on penis head

I received brief (maybe one minute) unprotected oral sex during a rough patch in my marriage. One month after I  had unprotected sex with my wife and the day after that I noticed a sensitivity on the head of my penis exactly like chaffing caused from running. I figured it would go away but now it has been a month and it has not gone away but has improved. No pain when peeing or ejaculating or ortherwise. No discharge and I haven't had any feelings of illness or fever. The person I received the oral sex from proved they are clean by showing me a Full STI test that was negative one month after our encounter. My wife has been told in the past by her OBG that she has more mucous in her vagaina then a normal person and so she could get mild yeast infections and not notice. Could this be a yeast infection?

It could be a simple SDT but congrats whatever you got from the ***** you infected the same thing to your wife. see a doc and make him or her examine your penis
