Red rash on my penis and pubic area

I'm 59 years old, happily married for 32 years.  I am on a business trip and asked hotel concierge to reccomend someone to give me a massage.  A young lady came to my room, without a table..... which is unusual.  I lied on the edge of the bed while she gave me an excellent massage, then when I turned over she rubbed my legs than my penis and scrotum.... it felt good but I did not get an erection.... she immeditely bent over and started to give me oral sex putting my penis very far into her mouth and working very hard... I still did not get an erection.  She said she wouldn't give up until I did,...  I did not tell her to stop.  After a very long time she stopped, apologized and I thanked and paid her.  Hours later I noticed my penis had a red lumpy rash on the lower shaft.  I was worried and applied 2.5 cortosone cream and took 20 mg prednisone.  for past 48 hours I havere reapplied cortosone and taken another 20mg of cortosone.   The rash and lumps on my penis seemed to be getting lighter and possibly going away.  BUT I nociced that now in addition to the penil rash I have a dark red rash on my pubic area.  I just applied cortosone on that as well.    And this morning after my showerm I noticed I had a rash on my arms, - put cortosone on it, and it is now gone.

I am extremely scared as I am going home tomorrow.  Does this seem like an STD or can it be an allergy, or possibly somehow realted to the oral sex or the manual rubbing she also used...???
