Flaccid size is very changeable, and can be affected by temperature, weather, what sort of trousers and underwear you are wearing, your mood, all sorts of things.  If it is a reasonable size when erect, don't worry about it.

Can you hold an erection for a long time while masturbating, is this just a problem when having sex?  If so it's probably just performance anxiety, which is very frequently a problem the first time; it does get better with practice!  If you can't hold an erection for very long even when masturbating, I'm afraid I don't know what to advise, but maybe someone else here does.
