by xdissent, Jun 02, 2007 12:00AM
I am 18 and a virgin, but i have been reading about some STDs that swollen lymph nodes is a symptom of. i have had these swollen lymph nodes and a rash on the underside of my penis since i was 12. i do have really intense headaches. i am quite worried about this. i know that since im a virgin, i most likely dont have an STD but i cant help but to worry. i mean, its like if i have an STD that isnt treatable or cureable, my life is over to me and i would rather be dead. please help.

To: sorry
Ok, I'm sorry. It's just a horrible feeling when you don't know something about yourself like that. Like that stage that some people get when they don't know if they're straight, bi, or homosexual except its more serious. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go cry like a little girl in bed and I'm not kidding.

I'm sorry. This is like not knowing if you are straight, bisexual, or homosexual. I know because i went through that stage when i was 13, 14, 15, and 16. The difference is that this time, it's really serious. Now if you will excuse me I have to go cry like a little girl in the eastern corner of my room, I'm not playing.

And I am sorry for double posting, I didn't realize I have to refresh the actual branch to see it instead of refreshing the forums page.

your probily right that you don't have a std you might have a yeast infection or jock itch you can get this just from a towal or showering.have you seen a dr if you have not it might be a good idea.what is going on with the rash?that could be what is making the swelling.sorry to hear that this is bugin you so bad.the best thing that you can do is to  see a dr you'll feel better knowing whats going on.i can spell very well but i'll try(dermatilogst is a dr for skin problems.i hate pulling my junk out in front of a dr but like i said in the long run at least you will know whats up.if you need someone to talk to i'll be around.421

Please go see a doctor. It sounds like you definitely have something going on that needs some attention. How old are you?Did you say 18? Alot of clinics will see you for a minimal charge. You should let a professional know about your symptoms though. Nothing is bad enough to want to be dead. Hang in there and please see a Dr.

What are you afraid of? Doctors have seen and heard it ALL. I promise you. I have a friend who is in the medical profession and she says that they see people for all sorts of stuff. One guy had a dildo STUCK in his ass, ok You have nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed over. If women can go through childbirth, spread open for a room full of people and crapping on the doctor because you are pushing sooo hard, you can do this. That is what they are there for. You need to go see one, is there any way your parents can help you? This is not something that will go away on it's own and you need to find out what it is and have it treated before it causes long term damage to your health. Please go. I promise you, you will be comfortable and the doctor will be extremely professional without any judgement. You will feel better and the relief that it is taken care of will be worth it, I promise.
