Scars near or around anus

Okay well I shaved my anus like once or twice and haven't ever since. I started to have discomfort thinking maybe I had hemorrhoids and I don't know if I do or not but I also noticed like a discolored white spot beneath my anus and at first I thought it might be ingrown hair or a pimple but I don't think so anymore and I think it might be a scar and it really bugs me and I was wondering if there's anyway I could either get rid of it or lighten it up...I also noticed around my anus I have lines and I thought that was normal but I think that those also might be scars. When I shaved both times I didn't bleed at all or feel any pain, so I don't really understand.

without looking at your anus the lines are just creases in the skin. As for the white spot you should go see a Colon/Rectal MD.
