Self-discovered penis enlargement & an alarming repercussion

Self-discovered penis enlargement & an alarming repercussion

I decided about a month ago that "You, sir, are going to get to know your penis, because we have this theory that penis size is most definitely not set in stone."  So that's what I set out to do through changing my mentality around "masturbating" to "exercise".  Nothing strenuous, actually.  Mainly simple stretches, and changing my state of mind to "inquisitive" rather than "this feels good"/"makes me horny".  I try to let the porous tissue of the penis fill without any sexual thoughts.  To make a long story short, I've gained almost half an inch (woo hoo!), but throughout the process my anus has become increasingly tender.  The penis roots there, yeah?  Or somewhere near it?  Either way, when I poop I've been seeing more and more blood, and it is pretty painful.  ?!?!?!?!

I think I'm going to give all the exercises a break.  Perhaps I need to pace myself a little more, like with any other exercise.  I guess I started seeing results and wanting more and more, you know?  Nothing else has changed in my day-to-day.  Should I be concerned?  Thoughts?  Thanks.

It sounds like your straining during this exercise and since your seeing blood it sounds like possible hemorrhoids. Yes, I would recommend giving it a break and also getting in to see your Dr.
